You can participate seated or standing, move at your own pace, and adapt every movement to what feels comfortable for your body.
No mini-flag? No problem. Use a lightweight handkerchief, scarf, ribbon, napkin, or simply move with your empty hands. There is no wrong way to participate.
Press play, give yourself permission to move, and reconnect with what your body can do.
For the easiest experience, choose something light enough to move comfortably through the air.

We are proud to introduce a Workshop that has proven success internationally. Broadway to Bombay was its original name and over 5 years Flow and Flair developed Broadway to Bombay in India and the US.
Emotions tackle just that- difficult emotions you are unable to express. Great for groups that want to have an amazing breakthrough and a sense of healing.
We offer it in tandem with Pieces of Us the Film at colleges and universities.
